Dubai’s high temperatures, humidity and dust affect office floors more than most people expect. SPC and vinyl are moisture resistant and stable in air-conditioned spaces, ceramic tile and stone stay cool and cope with heat, and carpet tiles hold up well indoors provided dust is managed with entrance matting and regular vacuuming. Sand tracked in from outside is abrasive, so we recommend a matting system at every entrance.
