Looking for carpets in Dubai? Intex Aura supplies and fits wall to wall carpet, office carpet, stair runner rugs, area rugs and custom carpets for homes, offices, hotels and mosques. Every carpet is measured, cut and installed by our own team, so the joins are tidy and the edges are clean.

As one of the more established carpets Dubai specialists, our shop carries an extensive range of carpets and rugs in wool, nylon, jute and sisal, and we bring free samples to a free measure anywhere in Dubai and across the UAE. This page covers the carpets Dubai homes and offices actually use, every type of carpet and rug we supply, which fibre and pile suits which room, how to size a rug correctly, and what carpets cost in Dubai. Written for anyone furnishing a new home, replacing tired floor coverings, or specifying office carpet across a workplace.
At Intex Aura we make it easy to carpet any space in Dubai. From the hard-wearing wall to wall carpet Dubai offices depend on, through plush bedroom carpets, to made-to-measure area rugs and round carpets, we help you choose the right fibre, pile height, backing and colour for the room. Our fitters handle the underlay, gripper rods, joins and edges, so the finish looks seamless edge to edge.

Trusted for carpets, rugs and soft floorings across Dubai and the UAE by Qatar Airways, Ericsson, DNATA, BAT, Bahria Town, Packages Group, Stay Well Vacation Homes and The Dubai EDITION, alongside villa and apartment owners across the city.

An extensive range of carpets and rugs for residential spaces, offices and commercial interiors across Dubai. Every one of these carpets is supplied and fitted by our own team, and every style is available as fitted carpets or as bound rugs.
Fitted edge to edge over quality underlay, cut to the room and tensioned properly. Fitted carpets are frequently used in bedrooms and offices for soundproofing, and they make a room feel finished in a way no rug can. Available in wool, wool blends and hard-wearing nylon.
Contract-grade carpet and carpet tiles specified for workplaces. Tiles are practical in an office because a single one can be lifted and replaced if it stains, rather than relaying the floor. Low-pile constructions handle heavy foot traffic and keep their appearance under desk chairs.
Customized carpets cut, bound and finished to your exact dimensions. Carpets can be customized in size, colour and shape, with your choice of pile height and backing materials. Custom rugs can be tailored for non-uniform spaces, which is what most Dubai living rooms actually need.
Natural sisal in flatweave and boucle textures. Jute and sisal rugs are best for casual, natural interiors, bringing texture without pattern. Sisal is hard-wearing and suits hallways and dining areas, though it prefers dry rooms over bathrooms.
Runner rugs and fitted stair carpet, cut and bound to the width of your treads. Stairs take more foot traffic than anywhere else in a house, so we specify dense, low-pile constructions and fit them over quality underlay for grip and quiet.
Outdoor floor rugs and synthetic grass carpets for balconies, terraces and poolsides. Outdoor synthetic grass carpets are practical choices for balconies in hot climates: UV-stable, permeable and simple to hose down. Grass carpets are a common choice in Dubai for exactly that reason.
Fast supply and installation of exhibition carpet for stands, event halls and conferences, in any colour and any floor space. Laid quickly, lifted cleanly, and available across Dubai at short notice.
Turkish carpets are known for durability and soft textures, with the pattern woven rather than printed. Turkish and Persian rugs are often classified as classic, luxurious and detailed, and they anchor a formal living room or majlis better than anything modern.
Specialist prayer carpets with integrated saf lines, supplied in the roll widths mosques need and fitted to the prayer hall layout. Dense, hard-wearing constructions built for constant use.
The part nobody sees and the part that decides how the carpet feels and how long it lasts. Good underlay adds softness underfoot, improves insulation and protects the carpet backing from the subfloor.
Rooms in Dubai come in all shapes, so we cut and bind carpets to your exact dimensions. Creating a carpet for an awkward space is routine work for us, and creating a bound rug costs less than most people expect. Pick your fibre, pile height and border, and we deliver a custom carpet that fits the floor space perfectly, corner to corner. Rugs can be customized for indoor or outdoor use, in any shape from a simple rectangle to a full circular shape or a bespoke outline that follows an awkward corner.
See our latest carpet installations across Dubai homes, offices and commercial spaces. Each project shows the precise measuring, clean joins and hard-wearing materials our team works to, whether it is fitted carpet through a villa or statement pieces in a hotel lobby.
Low-VOC fibres and quality underlay help trap dust and allergens, supporting healthy air quality in homes and offices across Dubai.
Dense, cushioned piles feel soft underfoot and warm a room both visually and acoustically. Superior sound absorption makes a real difference in busy, hard-surfaced spaces.
The right carpet anchors a room. We help you match colour, texture and pattern to your home decor, your flooring and your interior design for a considered, finished look. Interior design advice is part of the service.
Our carpets are chosen to handle heat and humidity, with stain-resistant, hard-wearing fibres built for long-term comfort.

Pick the carpet you love and we handle the rest: free measurements, custom cutting, underlay and expert installation anywhere in Dubai, with minimal disruption to your home or office. Free samples come to you, so you see the colour in your own light rather than under shop lighting. It is the part of the service clients mention most.
We visit anywhere in Dubai, measure the room, check the subfloor and bring free samples. No charge and no obligation.
Choose from an extensive range of carpets and rugs, with high quality carpets at more than one price point rather than a single spec.
Itemised by scope, with the carpet, the underlay and the installation priced separately so nothing is hidden.
Cut and bound to your dimensions, then fitted by our own installers. Old floor coverings are removed and disposed of as part of the job.
We check the joins and edges, then hand over cleaning and care guidance along with the warranty stated in your contract.
At Intex Aura, we combine modern design, expert craftsmanship, and personalized service to create spaces that reflect your style and needs. With flexible scheduling, competitive pricing, and a team committed to quality and client satisfaction, we make every project seamless, beautiful, and stress-free.
Designers, joiners, upholsterers and installers are all Intex Aura staff. Nothing is handed down a subcontractor chain.

Carpets do more for a space than almost any other flooring, and no other flooring changes a room so quickly. Carpets are the softest flooring you can specify, and in Dubai carpets are usually laid over hard flooring rather than instead of it. Carpets provide excellent underfoot cushioning and reduce fatigue, which matters in an office where people stand all day. Carpets absorb sound, enhancing room acoustics in rooms with hard surfaces and large windows. Carpets keep homes warm in winter and cool in summer, and the insulation they add contributes to energy efficiency in a villa that runs air conditioning most of the year. They also protect the flooring underneath: carpets protect floor finishes from wear and tear, which is why hallways and stairs are usually the first place carpets earn their cost back. Floor carpets over existing flooring are the cheapest way to change how a room feels.
Unlike an online store that ships a box and leaves you to it, we measure the floor space, cut to your dimensions and install. Free measurements, free samples and expert installation are all part of the service. Professional installation ensures carpets last longer and look better, because the tension, the joins and the underlay are what determine whether a carpet still looks right in five years.

Not every room wants fitted carpet. Rugs give you the warmth and sound absorption of soft floorings with the flexibility to move, change or take with you, and rugs in Dubai are how most people layer softness over porcelain and stone floors. Rugs in Dubai suit renters especially, since nothing is fixed down.
Area rugs are the workhorse of a Dubai living room. Large area rugs define zones in open-plan living areas, separating the seating from the dining without building a partition. Area rugs also protect hardwood floors and stone from furniture and foot traffic. We supply area rugs off the roll, cut and bound to whatever size the room needs.
Round rugs soften spaces with sharp lines, which is most modern Dubai apartments. A round rug under a circular dining table, in a reading corner or in an entrance hall breaks up the rectangles and adds visual interest. Round carpets are cut and bound to size like any other custom shape, so the circular shape is made for your room rather than bought in a standard diameter. Round carpets work particularly well in bedrooms beside the bed and in children’s rooms. Round carpets and round rugs are made to order in any diameter, and round carpets in natural fibres suit modern interiors best.
Runner rugs for hallways, galley kitchens and beside beds. Long, narrow and hard-wearing, runner rugs take the heaviest foot traffic in the house and protect the floor beneath them.
Persian rugs are popular in Dubai homes and remain the most collectable floor coverings you can buy. Persian hand-made carpets are renowned for intricate craftsmanship, and authentic Persian carpets are highly valued as investment pieces due to their quality. Hand knotted construction gives a traditional look and heirloom quality that machine-made rugs cannot replicate.
Modern neutral rugs are characterised by simple designs that match contemporary interiors. Modern rugs can provide plush comfort and neutral colour palettes, and modern rugs with geometric designs are ideal for contemporary apartments. Emerging trends in carpet styles feature modern and contemporary designs in neutral tones, which sits naturally with the warm minimalism running through Dubai interiors.
Shag rugs are comfortable and luxurious underfoot. Shag rugs are comfortable but can be difficult to clean in high traffic areas, so we recommend them for bedrooms and quiet corners rather than hallways.
Natural, textured and casual. Jute and sisal floor rugs bring warmth to minimal interiors without competing with the furniture, and they are among the most affordable natural floor coverings we supply.
Outdoor floor rugs in synthetic fibres that shrug off sun, rain and pool water. A practical way to make a terrace feel like a room.

Most carpet shops in Dubai do one of two things. Some shops sell rugs off the shelf in standard carpets sizes and leave the fitting to you. Other shops sell fitted carpet but carry no rugs at all. Our shop does both, and our service runs from the first sample through to the finished floor.
That matters because rugs and carpets are not interchangeable. Rugs and carpets solve different problems in the same space, and most Dubai homes end up using both: fitted carpet upstairs, rugs and carpets layered over stone downstairs. Rugs and carpets together give a space warmth and definition at once. When people search for rugs Dubai they are usually looking for a shop that can advise rather than a shop that can only sell. Most rugs Dubai enquiries start with a question about size or style rather than price, and rugs Dubai buyers who measure first rarely buy twice.
Rugs in Dubai have moved a long way in ten years. Rugs in Dubai used to mean traditional Persian and Turkish pieces almost exclusively. Now the same shop sells hand knotted traditional rugs alongside flat modern designs, and rugs in Dubai are as likely to be a neutral rectangle as an heirloom. Rugs in Dubai now cover every style in between. Both have a place, and both are part of our range.
Our shop carries every style we list on this page. Traditional hand knotted rugs made by skilled artisans, where bespoke craftsmanship and timeless elegance justify the price and the rug outlives the room it was bought for. Modern interiors are better served by simple designs in neutral tones. And between them sits everything else: textured naturals, geometric modern rugs, and custom shapes cut for awkward spaces.
The added benefits of buying through a shop that fits as well as sells are simple. You get free measurements, free samples, advice on style and size, and one team accountable for the result. If you would rather buy rugs online we understand, but the service you get from a shop that measures first is not comparable.

The living room is where most people start. A large area rug over porcelain or wood flooring warms the space, absorbs sound and defines the seating. In a large living room, creating distinct zones with two rugs often works better than stretching one across the whole floor. For a formal living room, a Persian or Turkish piece gives the room its style and its centre. For a modern living room, a plain wool rug in a neutral tone lets the furniture do the talking.
The bedroom is where deep pile earns its place. Fitted carpet throughout is the warmest, quietest option, and it is what we fit in most bedrooms across Dubai. If the bedroom has wood flooring you want to keep, large floor rugs either side of the bed give you the same softness underfoot without covering the floor.
Hallways and stairs take the heaviest daily wear in any home. Dense low-pile fitted carpet or bound runners are the only sensible options here, and quality underlay matters more in hallways than anywhere else. Carpet on stairs also cuts noise transfer between floors considerably.
Carpet tiles for the open plan, broadloom for boardrooms and reception. Office carpet is specified on wear rating rather than style, though the two need not conflict. We supply and fit both, across offices, hotels, retail and exhibition spaces throughout Dubai and the wider UAE, and UAE contract work is a large part of what we do.
Dining areas need a rug that extends beyond the chairs, and a flat weave or low pile that chairs slide over without catching. Sisal and tight flat weaves all work well.
Carpet materials range from luxurious silk to durable wool and synthetic options, and the fibre decides almost everything about how a carpet performs.
Wool carpets are known for being soft, warm and long-lasting. Naturally stain-resistant, naturally flame-retardant, and the best fibre for a bedroom or a formal living room. Wool costs more upfront and outlasts the difference.
Nylon carpets are tough, affordable and resist stains well. The standard choice for offices, hallways and family homes with children and pets.
Synthetic carpets are budget-friendly and easy to clean, and they hold colour well under strong daylight. Carpets in Dubai often feature both synthetic and natural fibres blended together for the best of each.
Luxury carpets at the top of the range, with a sheen that shifts as light moves across the room. Best in low traffic, formal rooms.
Plant fibres with real texture. Hard-wearing, low maintenance and suited to casual, natural interiors.
Customization includes selecting natural or synthetic fibres, and custom carpets can have specific pile heights and backing materials to match how the room is used.
Low-pile carpets are ideal for high traffic areas. Hallways, stairs, offices and anywhere with chairs on castors. Dense, short and quick to clean.
The all-rounder for a living room. Comfortable underfoot without flattening under furniture.
Deep-pile carpets are ideal for the bedroom and formal areas, where comfort matters more than durability. Plush, soft and best kept away from high traffic areas.
Low-pile rugs suit high traffic areas for durability, while deeper piles belong in bedrooms. Matching the pile to the daily wear is the single decision that most affects how long a carpet looks new.
Getting rug size wrong is the most common mistake we see, and it is easily avoided.
Choose a rug that fits your furniture layout, not the room. In a living room, the rug should sit under at least the front legs of every sofa and chair, which visually pulls the seating together. A rug floating in the middle with furniture off it makes the space feel smaller.
In open-plan spaces, use rugs to create distinct zones. Large rugs define zones in open-plan living areas, so the seating, the dining and the walkways read as separate without any partition. Creating distinct zones this way is why area rugs work so well in modern interiors.
For dining areas, the rug needs to extend far enough that chairs stay on it when pulled out, usually 60 to 70cm beyond the table on every side.
In the bedroom, either a large rug under the lower two thirds of the bed, or runner rugs down each side.
Bring us the room dimensions and the furniture layout and we will advise on the right rug size before anything is cut. Consultation services are included in the free measure, not charged separately, and that advice is the part of the service that saves the most money.

Expert installers use heavy-duty tack strips and industrial-grade adhesives, and the difference between a professional fit and a poor one shows within months. Professional installation enhances the overall aesthetic of the space, keeps seams invisible and stops edges lifting.
Installation services include removal of old carpets and flooring, disposal, subfloor preparation and underlay. The service covers the whole job rather than the carpet alone. Fast installation services are available across Dubai, and most residential rooms are carpeted in a day.
We design, supply and install all of this in house, so one team covers your whole project.
