These Terms of Service govern your use of intexaura.ae and any quotation, order or contract for interior design, fit-out, renovation, supply or installation services provided by INTEX AURA Decoration Design & Fit-out LLC ("Intex Aura", "we", "us").

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use it in any way that damages it, interferes with another user's access, or breaches applicable UAE law. We may suspend or withdraw all or part of the website at any time without notice.
We take care to keep the website accurate, but content is provided for general information. Product images, samples and finishes are indicative; actual colour, grain and texture can vary between batches and under different lighting.
Prices shown on the website or given verbally are indicative only. A binding price is set out in a written quotation issued by us.
Each quotation is valid for the period stated on it. Quotations are based on the scope, measurements, specifications and site conditions known at the time of issue. If those change, or if site conditions differ from what was visible or disclosed at survey, we will issue a revised quotation before continuing.
Unless the quotation says otherwise, it excludes work not expressly listed, including structural alterations, electrical or plumbing modifications, permits and authority approvals, and making good to areas outside the agreed scope.
A contract is formed when you accept our quotation in writing and pay any deposit stated in it. Production, procurement and scheduling begin only once the deposit is received and the final specification is confirmed.
Payment terms, deposit amount and milestone stages are those set out in your quotation or contract. Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise; VAT is applied at the rate in force in the UAE at the time of invoice.
Title in supplied goods passes to you only on payment in full. Risk in the goods passes on delivery to your site.
Lead times quoted are estimates given in good faith and are not guaranteed dates unless expressly agreed in writing. We will keep you informed of any material change.
We are not responsible for delays caused by matters outside our reasonable control, including delays by your other contractors, building management or authority approvals, restricted site access, or shipping and customs delays affecting imported materials.

If we attend site and cannot work because access or readiness conditions are not met, we may charge for the abortive visit.
Any change to the agreed scope, specification, materials or finishes after a contract is formed is a variation. Variations must be agreed in writing and may affect both price and programme. We are not obliged to carry out variation work until it has been agreed.
Curtains, blinds, upholstery, joinery, cabinetry and other items produced to your measurements or specification are made to order. Once production has started, these items cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged except where they are defective or do not match the agreed specification.
If you cancel after a contract is formed, you remain liable for work already carried out, materials ordered or produced, and any non-recoverable costs we have incurred, as set out in your quotation or contract. Deposits are applied against those costs.
We warrant that our workmanship will be carried out with reasonable skill and care, and that goods supplied will conform to the agreed specification. Manufacturer warranties on supplied products are passed through to you on their own terms; the warranty period applicable to your project is stated in your quotation or contract.
Please report any defect to us in writing as soon as you become aware of it, and allow us a reasonable opportunity to inspect and remedy it. The warranty does not cover:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to that, our total liability arising out of or in connection with a contract is limited to the total amount paid by you under that contract. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business or anticipated savings.
All designs, drawings, visualisations, specifications and other material we produce remain our intellectual property unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. They are provided for the purpose of your project and may not be reproduced or passed to a third party to execute the work without our written consent.
The content of this website, including text, images and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, we may photograph completed work and use those images to showcase our services.
Personal data collected through this website and in the course of a project is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms, and any contract formed under them, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any right to refer a dispute to arbitration where the parties have agreed to do so in writing.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the date your quotation is issued.
